Services

Five tiers. No mystery pricing.

Pick the tier that matches where you are. Move up when you grow. Every tier is a complete, bundled service — no surprise line items, no exit fees, no minimum-five-seat policy.

Baseline across every tier

Security is the default, not the upsell.

Every tier — even Solo Secure — ships with the controls most MSPs charge extra for. The differences between tiers are about depth and coverage, not whether basic security exists.

SMB1001-aligned

Tenant lockdowns, MFA enforcement, identity hygiene, audit logging — mapped to the Australian SMB cybersecurity standard from day one. Formal Bronze certification bundled in Premium.

Physical security keys

YubiKey-class FIDO2 / WebAuthn keys for the accounts that matter — phishing-resistant MFA on M365 admin and high-impact roles. Two keys per user (primary + backup).

Immutable backups

Acronis Cyber Protect with ransomware-resilient cloud storage — backups can't be deleted or modified during the retention window, even with admin credentials. On-prem 3-2-1 layer where applicable.

Project services

Fixed-scope projects. No managed-services contract required.

Discrete pieces of work with a defined deliverable, a fixed inc-GST price, and a clear timeline. Available to managed clients and non-clients alike. Each one is engineered to stand on its own — but they also map cleanly onto our managed tiers if you decide to continue.

Cyber assessment

Bronze certification from $3,300 · Silver from $5,500

Tier basics

How the tiers work

Why five tiers and not three?
Because three tiers force-fit very different clients into the same package. Monitor exists for the genuinely simple case. Solo Secure exists for the genuinely solo case. Essentials, Standard, and Premium serve the rest. Five tiers means you find the one that fits, instead of paying for things you don't need or missing things you do.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes, any time. Up or down. Tier changes apply on the next billing cycle. No exit fees, no migration cost.
What if my needs don't fit a tier?
Add-ons. The standard add-ons catalogue (devices beyond the base count, server management, advanced compliance work, after-hours retainers) lets you customise the package without negotiating a bespoke deal. If you're a genuine outlier we'll have an honest conversation about whether OIT is the right fit.
Is there a contract term?
Month-to-month after a 90-day initial period. The 90 days exists because onboarding takes work and we want both sides committed. After that, cancel any time with 30 days notice. We don't lock clients in; we keep them by being useful.
Do you have a minimum-seat policy?
Solo Secure starts at 1 endpoint. Essentials starts at 3 users (below that, Solo Secure works better mathematically). Standard starts at 5 users. Premium starts at 10 users. The minimums exist because the tier's cost stack only pays back at that scale — not because we're refusing to talk to smaller clients.

Not sure which tier fits?

That's what the discovery call is for. 30 minutes, plain English, we tell you which tier suits and what it would cost. If you're not a good fit, we say so.
